White Pine

A historically popular Christmas tree.  Soft, flexible, long needles 2½ - 5” in length arranged in bundles of five and light green in color with a slight bluish green tint.  Weaker branches, perfect for small or lightweight decorations.  Excellent needle retention.  Needles have little scent when crushed.

Canaan Fir

Our premier Christmas tree.  This species is similar to Fraser and Balsam Fir.  Soft, flattened, single needles ¾ - 1½” in length and medium to dark green on top with silverfish-blue bands underside.  Strong branches, perfect for supporting heavier ornaments.  Excellent needle retention.  Needles have a pleasant evergreen aroma when crushed.

Scotch Pine

A traditional Christmas tree. Semi-prickly needles 1½ - 3” in length arranged in bundles of two and bright green in color.  Strong branches, perfect for supporting heavier decorations.  Excellent needle retention.  Needles have little scent when crushed.

Colorado Blue Spruce

A naturally well shaped Christmas tree.  Stiff, sharp, single needles 1 - 1½” in length and green to bluish-gray in color.  Strong branches, perfect for supporting heavier ornaments.  Good needle retention.  Needles have a resinous odor when crushed.

Douglas Fir

A popular Christmas tree in the U.S.  Soft, flat, single needles 1 - 1½” in length and green to blue-green color.   Branches have medium strength.  Very good needle retention.  Needles have a sweet citrus fragrance when crushed.
